Nanny Traveler continues to exceed industry expectations by requiring that all candidates working with our firm have a minimum of five years experience. We prefer candidates who have at least a bachelor's degree and who have shown longevity in the field. Our consultants have a history of rejecting applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria or who only want short-term employment. We are serious about finding our clients committed employees who seek childcare as a profession and not just a paycheck.
